The National Association of European Trainers from Moldova (ANTEM) organized during 4th – 6th March 2016, a training seminar for the local trainers in order to improve the quality of teaching through the Language Training Program for National Minorities from Moldova funded by the High Commissioner on National minorities from The Hague and the Government of Finland.

Through this seminar the trainers had the opportunity to develop their teaching skills to speakers of other languages ​​according to European standards and to strengthen their organizational and assessment skills of ANTEM students. The local trainers have rated the seminar as one of maximum utility for participants, as it favoured communication, exchange of experience and best practices.

The Language Training Program for National Minorities is being implemented in localities such as Chisinau, Ceadir-Lunga, Comrat, Taraclia, Cahul, Briceni, Balti, Drochia, Ocnita, Soroca and Fuzăuca. Currently over 490 ethnic minority representatives, employees of public sector, benefit of free courses to study Romanian language at A1-A2 and B2 levels in accordance with the European standards.
